So very tired! This is how I found Carter a little while ago. I put him in his crib because he was fighting sleep. After about 5-1o minutes of crying it was quiet, so I decided to check on him. Poor baby gave up and didn't even lay down first!

A challenge to myself: Pick up the camera everyday of the year. Take at least one photo everyday. Don't worry about making each shot a portrait. Capture the precious, everyday moments. every.single.day. I tried this in 2009, as you can see here. Now I'm determined to do it in 2011!

Oh my goodness - that's adorable. Looks like you've got some great light in your new house!
That is flash bounced off the ceiling! It was dark outside already. We do have some rooms with nice light and his is one of them at certain times of the day.
