So very tired! This is how I found Carter a little while ago. I put him in his crib because he was fighting sleep. After about 5-1o minutes of crying it was quiet, so I decided to check on him. Poor baby gave up and didn't even lay down first!
Bathtime buddies - this night anyway. Sometimes it's bathtime bully with Gabby collecting each and every toy Carter gets his hand on to put back in "her" pile.
Reuse: this is a bag full of Carter's baby food containers that I'm going to take to school. I've found some uses for them such as: bingo chip containers and storage for small craft supplies. Lots of people have asked where the plastic boxes are from, so I'm sure I can find these good homes. I know some teachers use the glass ones for different craft projects during the year. What uses have you found for baby food jars/containers?
I've had this sweater & hat for awhile with the intention of taking Carter's picture in it. I finally put it on for a little mini-shoot. He was not into being a model for me today, and he kept (army) crawling away.
I love that you can see the smile in his eyes and that he's so excited you can't see part of his face because he's waving his arms. I'm sad that he's almost outgrown this baby carrier.
A challenge to myself: Pick up the camera everyday of the year. Take at least one photo everyday. Don't worry about making each shot a portrait. Capture the precious, everyday moments. every.single.day. I tried this in 2009, as you can see here. Now I'm determined to do it in 2011!
